Friends of the Library
The Friends of the Salina Public Library is an organization of volunteer members dedicated to providing visible support for the Salina Public Library by raising and donating funds to the library, initiating and sponsoring activities and events, and providing volunteers for library activities.

Some volunteer activities for the Friends Members are shelf reading/organizing, hosting at special library or Friends event, reviewing repaired audio tapes, bring goodies to special events, assist with organizing the FSPL book sale items, lend a hand with the art/book sale, assist with ticket and book sales for the spring poetry series, help out with receptions and book sales for visiting authors.
