Technology Center Help Desk Assistant

The Salina Public Library is hiring Technology Center Help Desk support staff. The position requires excellent customer service, flexibility, reliability and the willingness to work collaboratively.

In this position, the staff person will patiently assist the public with a variety of pc questions including email, internet, computer basics, smartphones, tablets, apps and more. You must be the type of person who can multitask and strives to continue to learn and grow.
