on my mobile device?
You can load the Overdrive app for iOS, Android,
Kindle Fire/HD, Nook Color/Tablet, and Windows 8
devices or the Kindle reading app.

EBooks from OneClickdigital may be downloaded
onto eReader devices running Adobe Digital Editions.

How many titles can be checked
out at a time?
5 10  Unlimited for 7 day
checkout period. 
How long is the checkout period? 7 or 14 days
Change your lending period by going into
your account settings.

Can I place a hold? If a title is checked out, you can place a hold.
Up to 7 holds may be placed.
You will receive an email notification when the
hold becomes available. You will have 3 days
to borrow the title or the hold is cancelled.
To avoid cancellations you can turn on
automatic borrowing.
Yes. You can place up to 5 holds.  No holds are 
necessary.
Can I suspend a hold? Holds can be suspended by following these steps Holds cannot be suspended.  No holds are
necessary.
Can I cancel a hold? Holds can be cancelled by following these steps. After signing in to your OneClick Digital account, click
on your username at the top right corner.  Click on My
Titles. Scroll down to the Holds section. Click on the X
in the top right corner of the title that you wish to remove.
No holds are
necessary. 
Can I renew titles? If a title can be renewed, it will appear on your
Checkouts page within 3 days of the title's expiration
date. Follow these steps to renew.
Titles cannot be renewed in the Adobe Digital Editions
software. If your library permits title renewal and
your title is nearing the expiration date, the ‘Renew’
button can be found on the ‘My Titles’ page
under the ‘Checkouts’ section underneath the title's image.
Renew after the 7 day
checkout period. 
Can I accumulate fines
on eBooks? 
There are no fines for eBooks.  
The titles are automatically returned.

How can I return and remove
eBooks from my device?
eBooks are automatically returned to
Overdrive at the end of a lending period. 
If you prefer to return a book early or
remove it from your device, find your
device directions here.
To return ebook titles, open Adobe Digital Editions.
On the ‘Library’ page, right click on the title you
wish to return. Click ‘Returned Borrowed Item’ from
the drop down menu. Then, click on ‘Return’. To return
in the mobile app, go to the title detail page and
select ‘Return'. 
Titles will automatically
be returned.
