Technology Center Help Desk Assistant
The Salina Public Library is hiring Technology Center Help Desk support staff. The position requires excellent customer service, flexibility, reliability and the willingness to work collaboratively.
In this position, the staff person will enthusiastically assist the public with a variety of pc questions including email, internet, all types of software and gadgets. You must be the type of person who loves technology, feels great when helping someone understand technology and strives to continue to learn and grow.
Requirements: 18 years of age, high school diploma required, college degree or experience preferred.
Interviews will take place immediately.
Hours for this position: Monday & Tuesday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. / Wednesday 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Starting salary is $11.75 per hour.
