In September and October, Salina Public Library invites you
and the rest of Salina to read “The Worst Hard Time” by Timothy Egan.
The library has scheduled several events in conjunction with the
community-wide read, but invites you to create your own events
and discussions with your coworkers, neighbors, families and friends.

Testimonials

The public library in Salina is an asset to our community.
-Gary C.
Growing up in Salina, I loved laying in one of the old bathtubs in the childrens section, a stack of books on the ground beside me.
